PRP aims to improve its vote bank in Greater Hyderabad elections

Prajarajyam Party is aiming to improve its vote bank by participating in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections, says the party President Chiranjeevi, speaking to a private media channel. He said that any win in the seats will help the party towards reaching its goal. He said that the party is considering to put candidates only in those areas where it has reasonable chances of winning the election. He said that since the reasonably new, it is finding difficult to reach to the masses in the rural and remote areas of the state.

Speaking on possible alliances and tie-ups, Chiranjeevi said that it is ready to shake hands with the Congress on the lines of Samajwadi Party and Trinamool Congress. However, he said that the party will speak strict if either the Congress or the TDP speaks about PRP on a low tone. He said that the party would like to go ahead with pure dedication and is not indulging in self-centered biased politics. He said that the party will go into the Greater Hyderabad elections with two main points solving drinking water problem and to create opportunities that are even to all sections of the people in the city.

Speaking about Pavan Kalyan, he said that the party has decided not to field Pavan in the GHMC elections considering that the party is competing only in 64 divisions. Added Pavan is reported to be busy with his film shootings and has a tight schedule for the next few days. PRP would however field Pavan for the party promotions on the last two days of canvas, if the need arises.
