Praja Rajyam Party President Chiranjeevi has met with AICC President Sonia Gandhi today to discuss the possibility of merger or offering support to the Congress party. Union Ministers Veerappa Moily, AK Antony and PRP leader C Ramachandriah took part in the meeting.
Earlier, Chiranjeevi met with Sonia Gandhi political secretary Ahmed Patel. Chiranjeevi will make a statement after the finish of the meeting. It is learnt that Chiranjeevi will request Sonia to make sure that the PRP leaders won't face any trouble in Congress, if PRP decides to merge with Congress.
