Praja Rajyam Party President K Chiranjeevi took up a rally in Anantapur protesting the rise in prices of essential commodities in the state. Chiranjeevi began his rally at Tadipatri bus stand and took up the rally till the Collectorate. He later took part in the dharna in front of the collectorate.
Chiranjeevi was welcomed by Praja Rajyam Party supporters and his fans. Hundreds of people thronged up on either side of the roads to have a glimpse at Chiranjeevi.
