Congress leaders call on party workers to make 'Uttarandhra Congress Garjana' a success

The Congress leaders in Visakhapatnam gave a call to the party workers to make the 'Uttarandhra Congress Garjana' a grand success. The Congress party has planned to organize the public meet to mark the merger of Praja Rajyam Party with the Congress party. The public meeting would be held at RK Beach on September 25.

The Congress leaders met at Turner's Choultry to discuss about the preparations of the meeting. The meeting initiated by Visakhapatnam South MLA Dronamraju Srinivasa Rao was attended by Tribal Welfare minister Pasupuleti Balaraju, Visakhapatnam Mayor Pulusu Janardhana Rao, City Congress Committee president and MLA Tyanala Vijaya Kumar, MLAs Malla Vijaya Prasad, Ch. Venkataramaiah, Avanti Srinivasa Rao and Panchakarla Rameshbabu. Former MLA SA Rahman and local corporators were also present at the meeting.

The Congress leaders are ensuring that the preparations for the meeting are on schedule to make the meet a big success. Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy, Pradesh Congress Committee President Botcha Satyanarayana, Praja Rajyam Party President K Chiranjeevi and other party leaders from Congress and PRP would be present at the meeting.
