Makes his maiden visit to Assembly as MLA

PRP President and newly elected MLA from Tirupati, floor leader of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly ad actor-turned-politician K Chiranjeevi admitted that the task of getting transformed from reel life to real life is indeed a tough task. He said that he now has a mammoth task of fulfilling the aspirations of 70 lakh voters of the state.
Chiranjeevi said the people gave him and the party a critical role and a job to serve them and that he and his 18 MLAs will be bound to responsibly perform the duty. At the assembly, Leader of the Opposition N Chandrababu Naidu congratulated Chiranjeevi after the later took oath.
With the Gate One of the Assembly restricted to Chief Minister and Ministers, all other MLAs and leaders of various political parties entered into the assembly via the Gate Two. All the 17 PRP MLAs and a group of cameramen of television channels and news publications arrived at the premises well before Chiranjeevi arrived at the premises at 10:15 AM in his SUV.
