To begin after hoisting the party flag

The Praja Rajyam Party will open up for primary membership from October 2, the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi after hoisting the party flag in all district headquarters towns across the State.
At a press conference on Monday, the Praja Rajyam's State co-ordinator T Chandrasekhar said district party leaders were informed that a freedom fighter or a physically challenged person would be chosen to hoist the party flag between 9am to 10am.
Chandrasekhar said that the party is planning to enroll at least one crore members in as short time as possible. As for eligibility, any voter without a record of conviction, who fills a primary membership form at the new district headquarters offices would be given membership. He said that after verification of identity and track record revealed a conviction, disciplinary action would be taken. With this process in place, joining in the Chiranjeevi party will be an absolutely easy.
Party spokesman Parakala Prabhakar reiterated that the Praja Rajyam was not averse to forging political alliances, it was too early to be talking about partnerships. He denied the reports of Chiranjeevi held meeting with TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao and termed them as totally baseless.
